Sabaragamuwa, utilising the run-of-the-river water of the BelihulOya which originates in the protected nature reserve in the mountains above Horton Plains.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2742ee0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2742ee0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe location is a climatically transitional area, in between the dry and wet zones, where the hill country merges with the low country.
